How long will my order take to ship?

Depending on current order volume, your order will take 1-3 business days to ship. Help make the process go smoother by making sure your address is up to date and adheres to the correct postal format. We are a small business running a full brick-and-mortar shop as well, so we thank you for your patience!

I’m local, can I just pickup my order?

Yes! If you’re local, feel free to pick up your order from our downtown location during business hours. Just make sure to choose that option when you’re checking out.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

Because of the nature of the vintage business (all vintage clothing and accessories are sold as is), we do not accept returns on any of our vintage/secondhand merchandise. However, on BHV designs/apparel we will accept returns as long as the tags are still on and the item is unworn/unwashed, and in the condition it was sold in.
